In 1804, a Peter Martin witnessed the will of Elizabeth Tuexbury in Piscataway Twp. , MIddlesex Co., NJ. In 1802, Joseph Conkling, Stephen and wife Anna Conkling sold land to Peter Martin. Per gedcom on internet is son of Mulford MArtin and Hannah Trembly.

According to MG 1408, Conklin Family, Gardner Collection, spouses of the children of Joseph and Mary Conklin were as follows: Stephen married Anne Crane; Mary married William Panbgorn; Sarah married Peter Martin; Phebe married William Jones; Isaac married Joanna Williams, Joseph married Rebecca Ross; Moses married Margaret Woodruff, and Benjamin married Hannah Hatfield.
